Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the first point of contact for clients in need of restoration and remediation services. This role involves answering inquiries, scheduling service appointments, handling insurance claims, and providing exceptional customer support during stressful situations. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with customers, field teams, and insurance adjusters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Answer inbound calls and emails, providing information about restoration services and assisting clients in distress.
- Service Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule service appointments, dispatch field technicians, and track job progress.
- Insurance Liaison: Assist customers in filing insurance claims by gathering necessary information and providing documentation.
- Data Entry & Documentation: Maintain accurate customer records, job details, and communication logs in the company’s CRM system.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues as needed to management.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and technicians to ensure smooth job execution and customer satisfaction.
- Follow-Ups: Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure clients are satisfied with the restoration process and address any additional needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in restoration, insurance, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to show empathy and professionalism.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and scheduling systems.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
- Bilingual (Preferred): Spanish-speaking candidates are a plus.
